Since we did not get to installing and talking about IE-7 today, I thought perhaps the members might take a look at this bit of advice. Brian Livingston is the author of about a dozen versions of the "Windows Secrets" books, and is quite good. If I was an IE user, I would be for sure using his settings as described here:

Also, for some years now, I have used the IE-5 Tweaks he describes. Learn to use the zones, set the "Internet Zone" tight, and relax the security on a "Trusted Zone" then move only a few well respected sites to the trusted zone. This can really improve your safety during web-surfing.
