Perhaps you never noticed, but a properly set-up WindowsXP PC does not have to be reset when changing to and from Daylight Savings Times. It just takes care of it. But recently, the US Congress threw a wrench in the gears. Remember? DST happens early this year, by 3 weeks or somesuch? Well, you can either let your PC go, and use the wrong time for a few weeks, or you can manually change it, or you can go here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928388
and download a patch that makes your pc comply with the "legal" requirements of the time change.
