I am mildly interested. Heck, you can hardly have dinner for $40. And I have an older machine (or two, or three...) that I might consider using it on. But I am doubtful that I will ever regain the time and effort it will take to install it, and then to learn about the new features and interface. Since I do not have, and dont plan to get a Windows Phone, I am not convinced about the added value.
One thing I did not see was an "Uninstall Windows 8" button. I still use my old computers, and I would like the ability to restore to using XP if I dont like 8.
p.s. be sure to take the link to Youtube for photos, and check out the associated Windows 8 videos.
