Just got a robot call from "US Bank" saying my debit card had been locked, and press one to speak to an agent (where likely they would need my name, number and pass code to work on my "problem".)

Could be real I guess, but 909-212-0280 does not sound like a US Bank number, and anyway, I can wait untio tomorrow to see if it is really locked.

Remember, just because you are paranoid, does not mean THEY are not out to get you.

I had a call from a foreign-speaking guy who said he was from Microsoft and was calling about my computer. I said, "Riggghht." and hung up immediately.

I suppose we all get these calls more frequently here of late.

Scam, scam, scam.

I hate it when my computer does what I tell it to, and not what I want it to.
